Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Loquela on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use, in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Loquela lets you download optional speech-recognition model files from within the app. These models are provided for use with Loquela and may be subject to their own third-party licenses, which we make a reasonable effort to disclose in the app.

Loquela is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Speech-to-text transcription accuracy is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxis Dynamics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Loquela.

We may update Loquela and these terms over time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
